- Collect the requested items from the collection area in the Central Library and hand them in to the check-out desk before removing them from the library
- Books are generally ready to be picked up from 11:00 a.m. on the following workday
- Requested items will be shelved in the collection area for a period of one week; items not picked up during that time will be returned to their usual location
- Delivery problems: If the desired item is not in its location, the request is processed again after four days. Please talk to a member staff at the check-out desk in the Central Library if the item still isn't available for collection after five days
- Items you have requested but do not wish to borrow or only need for copying purposes inside the library should be handed back at the check-out or returns desk. Doing so allows other users to get their hands on them sooner
